Your privacy matters to us, and we would rather say so in plain language than bury it. The information you and your organization keep in LogisCloud is some of the most sensitive material a business has. We treat it as yours. We are custodians of it, not owners of it, and everything below follows from that.
We collect the least we can get away with. We do not sell personal information, we have never sold it, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. There is no advertising business hiding behind this product, so there is nothing pulling us in that direction.
If any part of this policy is unclear, or you simply want to know what we hold about you, please ask. We would rather have the conversation than have you wondering.
This policy explains how Royal Scribe Interactive ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information in connection with LogisCloud (the "Platform"), a private, invitation-only business platform. It applies to authorized users who access the Platform under an account provisioned by their organization.
The Platform is not offered to the general public and is not directed to consumers. By accessing the Platform you acknowledge this policy.
We ask for what the Platform needs to work and to stay secure, and we try not to ask for more than that. Here is the whole of it.
Account and identity data: name, work email, role, organization, and the access grants assigned to you.
Authentication data: credentials, session tokens, and security logs used to sign you in and keep the account secure.
Usage data: pages and features accessed, actions taken, timestamps, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Content and business data: the records your organization chooses to store in the Platform, which are owned and controlled by that organization.
To operate, secure, and maintain the Platform and provide the features your organization has enabled.
To authenticate users, enforce account scoping and access grants, and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse.
To diagnose problems, improve performance and reliability, and develop new features.
To communicate with you about service notices, security alerts, and administrative matters.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our agreement with your organization, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, and to comply with legal obligations.
Within your organization, according to the access grants your administrators configure.
With third-party service providers that assist in operating and running the Platform, including hosting, security, performance monitoring, communications, payment processing, and support. These providers may access information only to perform work on our behalf and are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or Royal Scribe Interactive.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
If you choose to, you can connect your Google account so that LogisCloud shows your calendar events and reminders alongside the rest of your work. It is entirely optional, you make the connection yourself rather than an administrator making it for you, and nothing at all happens until you grant it.
We ask Google only for read-only permission, and we want to be clear about what that means in practice. We can read your events and task lists so we can show them to you. We cannot create, change, move or delete anything in your Google account, and that limit is enforced by Google rather than by our good intentions. Your Google password is never seen by us: Google handles signing you in and hands back a token, which we store encrypted and scoped to you alone.
We do not keep a copy of your calendar. Your events and reminders are fetched from Google at the moment you open the view and are shown to you and nobody else. They are not written into our database, not visible to your colleagues, and not retained after the page is closed.
Information received from Google is used for one purpose only: syncing your calendar and reminder events into your own view of the Platform, so you are not switching between two windows to see one day. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train models. Where information passes to Google to make that connection work, Google's own Privacy Policy governs their side of it, at policies.google.com/privacy, alongside this policy for ours.
LogisCloud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect at any time in Settings. Doing so asks Google to revoke the token and deletes the stored connection from our side in the same action. You can also revoke our access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and we would rather you knew that than not.
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, then for the period required to meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, scoped access controls and audit logging. Every read and write passes through a layer that will not return data without knowing which account owns it, which is what keeps one organization's records from ever reaching another's.
We want to be straight with you about the limits of that. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and nobody who tells you otherwise is being honest. What we can promise is that we take it seriously, we keep the number of people with access small, and if something ever did go wrong we would tell you rather than manage the news.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We support those rights regardless of whether the law where you are happens to require it.
Because your organization controls its account, the quickest route is usually to raise it with your administrator, who can coordinate with us. If that is awkward for any reason, write to us directly and we will help.
The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and secure your session. Those are the ones that cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in itself.
We do not load third-party analytics or advertising trackers from the shared application shell. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not follow you around other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser whenever you like, although removing strictly necessary storage may sign you out or reset your preferences.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
The Platform is intended solely for authorized business users and is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or to your administrator. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Privacy questions reach a person, not a queue. Write to legal@logiscloud.com, or ask your account administrator to raise it with us on your behalf. We will get back to you.
