These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LogisCloud (the "Platform"), operated by Royal Scribe Interactive. By accessing the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Platform.
Access is granted only through an account provisioned by your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subject to these Terms, Royal Scribe Interactive grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform for its internal business purposes only.
You will not misuse the Platform, including by attempting to breach security or access controls, reverse engineer or copy the Platform, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to violate the rights of others or applicable law.
As between the parties, your organization owns the business data it stores in the Platform. Your organization is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that data and for the access grants it configures.
The Platform and its non-public features, workflows, and outputs are confidential. You will not disclose them to any third party except as authorized by your organization and Royal Scribe Interactive.
The Platform, including its software, design, and content other than your organization's data, is owned by Royal Scribe Interactive and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.
The Platform may integrate third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and Royal Scribe Interactive is not responsible for third-party services.
We work to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and maintenance may cause downtime.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Scribe Interactive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
You will indemnify and hold Royal Scribe Interactive harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, or as directed by your organization. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Royal Scribe Interactive is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
